Responsible for the strategic leadership of the information security program and governance. Lead on-premises and cloud security assessments as well as penetration tests to enhance organization's security posture. Collaborate with business units to ensure information security strategy and implementation are aligned with business objectives. Plan and develop global information security roadmap including security policies, procedures and standards.

Conduct regular regional offices IT audits in Asia Pacific and European countries. Formulate and maintain information security policies and procedures to address existing and emerging security trends. Develop, implement and manage information security programs to balance business functionality with security requirements. Deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) to manage corporate mobile devices to enforce data compliance.

Lead a team of 11 IT professionals to develop, implement and maintain global IT infrastructure including Data Centres, Network, Servers and Storage. Implement event management, incident management, problem management, change management to ensure servicel level committment to business. Develop worldwide IT standards and work closely with regional technology teams to enhance compliance with up-to-date corporate governance requirements.

Organized large-scale regional infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and United Kingdom. Supervised IT Service Desk to provide customer-centric service in a cost-effective manner.

Acted as project leader to design and build new data centre within 3-month tight deadline. Migrated existing data centre with multiple IT facilities to integrate with the new one.
