* Design and support deployment of user access, optical transport, power systems in customer and corporate facilities both CONUS and OCONUS. Write engineering change proposals, develope cost estimates, and deliverable contract documentation. *  Engineering and deployment support for Cisco, CIENA, ALU, and Infinera hardware *  Write DREN III program documents, specify materials and provide hardware installations *  Evaluate communications equipment and maintain 80-bay equipment test facility. * Provide technical guidance to other engineers.

Base Telephone support contract. Provide daily work assignments to seventeen engineering and implementation staff members providing support to14000 end users requiring infrastructure move, add, and change (MAC). Plan and manage ISP and OSP engineering tasks; locates, cable splicing, additions. Participate in customer engineering conferences, site surveys and creation of AD-HOC proposals in response to base and tenant agencies. Manage performance and quality assurance of work performed by staff and subcontractors. Improved revenue by process improvement and cost containment initiatives.
