Build, tailor and improve comprehensive compliance programs for these subject matter areas closely following legislation trends. Advising on challenges that emerging techs bring, in the way of digital transformation.

• Built the team by adding new lawyers to sit in Pakistan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, receiving regional guidance; • Directed and monitored several account receivable cases in South Africa, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, and UAE; • Reformed the compliance system in various countries within the region in relation to, amongst others, consumer protection, privacy, competition, global finance compliance, and export control.

• Provided and led the design for legal compliance of mobile phone business with respect to consumers business, e-commerce and local manufacture in India; • Led various important framework contract negotiations with major players in the Telecom market in India;

Team leader and first builder in Consumer Business Group Legal Dept, e-commerce compliance team, cyber security, liability insurance legal team and privacy compliance team;

•Protected the registered trademark of our client, casting great influence on Aluminum Plate industry; •Counseled clients in potential patent litigations; •Provided legal advice in a criminal proceeding regarding infringement of trademark; •Participated extensively in an unfair competition case which the Supreme Court of China granted certiorari, and had been chosen by the Supreme Court as one of the “50 typical IPR cases in 2010”; •Represented eight clients in a group of patent litigations raised by a single patent troll.
