Provider of talks, workshops, activities and seminars for seniors on the topics of reminiscing, aging wisely, spiritual qualities for well-being, the spirituality of aging, etc.

Provides workshops and programs to seniors in adult day care, independent living, assisted living, nursing home, church and other settings on a variety of topics related to psychological and spiritual well-being. Topics include but are not limited to Reminiscing, The Spirituality of Aging, Developing Spiritual Qualities for Well-Being, etc. Also provides recreational programs for seniors that are entertaining, meaningful and developmental.

Provide one on one visits to hospice patients in both institutional and residential settings. Works with other hospice team members in coordinating optimal service for patients. Participates in ongoing training and professional development for hospice workers.

My responsibilities included developing curriculum, differentiating instruction, designing interventions, assessing and documenting progress, supporting other teachers in their instruction, providing training, developing goals and strategies for improvement in student results.

Had primary responsibility for all human resources development in the organization, or for a business unit of a large corporation. Led all organization development, including assessments of effectiveness and climate, organization change and transformation initiatives, needs assessment, training design, development and delivery, coaching, and leadership development. Experience includes working at all levels of high tech, manufacturing, health care and social service organizations.
