Integração das subáreas como Manufatura, Qualidade, Compras, pós-venda e fornecedor para os novos modelos e produtos atuais para Ônibus e Caminhões Latino América.

Lead the team for full product development cycle for product portfolio integrating all the systems as Cab, Powertrain, Vehicle Integration; Chassis & Dynamics; Vehicle Architecture & Concept Definition. Developing the best product strategy according to marketing and costs requirements ensuring all validation process, homologation and reliability, integrating all sub areas as Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, after sales and supplier for the new models and product current.

• Responsible for integrating new projects in the South American product line and current product assignments for Buses and Trucks development, managing the team with autonomy and responsibility to meet objectives, ensuring, and visualizing each initiative in terms of schedule, cost, investment, performance, profitability, development, and satisfaction. • Responsible for backing up global leaders in the management of South America activities for Buses and Trucks, keeping the region integrated with international projects related to cabins, electro-electronic systems, architectures, connectivity, infotainment, electrical harnesses, and other electro-electronics components.

• Responsible for Buses and Trucks product development for South America and EHSA Engineering (Electro-Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems and Architectures), managing all activities and employees in the area. • In charge of the integration projects with the South American product line. • Support to leaders in new projects and product assignments • Responsible for tracking each initiative in terms of schedule, cost, investments, performance, profitability, development, and satisfaction. • Responsible for ensuring compliance and integration of components, guaranteeing compliance with internal requirements in terms of cost, quality, and time, employing the latest technologies to achieve the best cost/benefit balance. • Responsible for implementing continuous improvement and cost reduction in production plants, according to the requirements of the region and HQ demands. • Interface with world leaders in managing South America activities, keeping the region integrated with other sites and projects related to hydraulics, pneumatics, brake systems, electronic systems, E&E architecture, connectivity, infotainment, harnesses, and other components.

• Responsible for planning and managing new products for Harness and electrical components. • Support to the development of processes and qualification of new suppliers. • Responsible for specifying the architecture for electric and electronic vehicles. • Definition of electrical components (modules, instrument panels, batteries, and horns) • Support the prototype and pre-series vehicle phases. • Support to the quality control teams. • Management of outsourcing engineering services. • Control of technical documentation and Bill of Material (BOM).
