The capitalization operation sold 50 million securities/year, with 20,000 points of sale and 200 employees. The retail operation went from 35 to 140 stores and from 3,000 to 5,000 employees. Responsible for a budget of R$ 6 million/year and up to 70 employees. Main achievements: 🔹Development of a digital platform for savings bonds 🔹Development of a website for capitalization distributors, tracking the logistics and financial settlement of 80 million sales and redemptions of securities/year and more than 200,000 payment transactions to points of sale 🔹Development and implementation of Business Continuity Plan 🔹Selection and implementation of retail ERP (point of sale, financial, purchasing) and WMS 🔹Implementation of a call center with 350 PAs 🔹Development of BI dashboards and reports 🔹Renegotiation of telephony and telecom contracts with savings of R$ 2 million/year 🔹Coordination of the ERP Selection Committee for GSS (45 companies, revenues of R$ 2 billion/year)
