Main quality contact for Vehicle Assembly Plants and service parts operations (GM & Chrysler). Lead and coordinate the quality department: Labs and quality engineers at the manufacturing facility and on-site support personnel at OEM's plants. Reinforce the Coordination of containment actions, root cause analysis for plastic injection, paint and assembly areas. Overall leading and coordination of the team efforts to improve Quality indicators (internal and external).

Develop vehicle assembly processes, lay out and manufacturing aids such as fixtures, gages and templates for new model years. In charge of periodic evaluation, Maintenance & repairs for current manufacturing aids. Responsible for Update and control the standard work instructions.

Analyze and arrange the mix for the overall vehicle production, update vehicle production sheets according to engineering changes and assembly process needs. VIN plates printing and control. Vehicle Inventory & Control at the different production stages.

In charge of the production material receiving area at an OEM plant, ensure FiFo at the warehouse and avoid downtimes due to shortage of production material at the Trim assembly line.

Coordination of components, system level and engine development activities for the 3.6L Pentastar engine for the hybrid application, ensure to met program timings. Provide support and coordination for Issue resolution.

Coordinate third party containment actions due to supplier Issues & follow up on corrective actions / lessons learned. Lead Supplier Chargebacks and the Incoming inspection overall activities at the engine plant.

Schedule and compliance to Production programs for Automotive Interior Components (GM & Chrysler) such as Floor mats, Sun-visors, Door Trim Panels, Instrument Panels and Storage compartments. Drive action plans to reduce Scrap rate and downtimes, development of floor Team leaders. Lead and coordinate the efforts of the team to improve quality and production indicators.

Main contact for Vehicle Assembly Plants for Quality Related (GM & Chrysler). Coordinate quality engineers at the manufacturing facility and customer on site personnel for containment actions, root cause analysis and issue feedback processes to the OEM's.

Met the quality and production goals for the Trim Shop. Minimize production downtimes and product impact by a quick reaction to the floor problems. Lead the Launch of the "Team Leader concept" for the Trim Shop at the Saltillo Truck Assembly Plant. Trim Shop Process coordinator at Chrysler Tech Center Pilot Operations for the DR 2002 Launch.

Issue prioritization by final customer impact. Lead cross-functional teams for resolution of powertrain current production quality issues by platform. Escalate issues as required to promote timely problem resolution.
