Responsible for migrating the GLPI ticket system to Sensr.IT. Implemented the Fortinet Firewall to ensure continuous security improvement and updates. Key Projects: - Implementation of the WMS (SAP) system in the Production, MRO, and Distribution Center areas, with a focus on process automation. - Support in all areas of Infrastructure, CCTV, Integrations, and Systems to generate efficiency. - Implementation of Veeam Backup Backup, following the 3-2-1-0 + LOCAL NAS methodology to prevent data and information loss.

Implementation of a ticketing system (GLPI) and SonicWall Firewall. Reimplementation and adjustment of ARC Server Backup at the HyperVisor level. Migration of On-premise HyperV environment to the new company branch in GO. Restructuring of AD, APP, and DNS. Handling technical and support tickets.
