I was doing all the SD configuration changes for WW projects, this means that I was having contact with Business Persons and WW Project Managers that provide me requirements and I have to clarify they for apply correctly in the system. I created documents for education porpuses in order to teach to users how the new functionality will work in the system with the change applied. I created the functional documents for apply ABAP changes in order to deliver the business requirements I created configuration documents that are necessary in order to document correctly the changes applied in a configuration in the case that other similar changes are required or in case that something needs to be corrected. I provided post production support for the projects applied in production even when those are not in my regular shift

I was responsible for the configuration that impacts all the SD process in 4 sites (GDL, SGP, HGY, and US) for the daily basis requirements I need create functional and configuration documents in order to document the changes applied in the process I executed unit test and system integration test in order to validate the system behavior (Development and Testing boxes) I had to validate with other coworkers the possible impact that my changes could have in other areas like FI, PP, MM) I negotiated with users the possible delivery dates according to the different management system that the application has for apply changes in production environment

I was the team lead for the support provided for GDL site for all the SD activities (including export and import) I was in charge of all the problems reported by the business and I was responsible to provide the corresponding solution/information in order to take the correct action. I keep the general operative very smooth during almost one year... and the month and quarter ends never happened a miss-ship I helped to provide information when some audits were applied to the application that I used to support

During this time I provided local support for all the daily operative executed in GDL. Providing on site support every day and during month ends I covered extended shifts I was doing problem analysis in order to determine root cause and solutions for different kind of problems and provide different possible solution During the last year, also I provided support to a US plant (remotely) for the same module (SD) but in a different SAP box.
