• Responsável a nível Nacional de toda a cadeia de Supply Chain, desde recebimento, armazenagem, distribuição e reversa. • Responsável em assegurar o monitoramento dos processos SOX, além de garantir a manutenção das auditorias internas, da ISO14001 e ISO37001 no âmbito de Supply Chain. • Responsável pela gestão de indicadores e de inventários junto aos Operadores Logísticos • Implantação de projetos logísticos, buscando sendo inovação, sustentabilidade, redução de custo, otimização de processos e ganho em eficiência operacional • Definir o escopo técnico a ser contratado, participar de avaliações técnicas em processos de RFQs/RFIs e gerir os contratos firmados. • Participar de fóruns e convenções nacionais de tecnologia e inovação, realizar prospecção de parceiros logísticos para implementação de novos serviços/sistemas; garantir a continuidade e execução de projetos. • Gestão de Contratos e de Fornecedores. • Gestão direta de 10 colaboradores.

• Responsable for the management and execution of Bidding processes of all service that envolves SCM - Supply Chain Management, such as, Road and Air Transport, Warehouse, Logistics Operator, Cabotage, Insurance, Risk Management, Escorts, Cargo Virus, Custom Brokers and material handling equipment. • Direct suport to Strategic Sourcing, by analising and creating RFI, RFP e RFQ. • SCM contracts management, verifing the expiring date, addition, signatures; big interface with suppliers and law department, around 100 contracts per year. • Strong acting in the management and implantation projects of SCM area. Results: Implementation of diverses projects in SCM, having a saving of R$ 5 million. Negociation with suppliers at pandemic period, saving R$ 3 million. Reformulation of drawing processes of contracts in the area, bringing a better efficiency, visibility and control. Management and hiring spot freight in the last days of the month, obtaining better control and agility in support to distribuition operation. Methodology development to the Bidding processes, getting significant results of controls, suppliers and company visibility and bidding deadline reduce. New suppliers development to bussines model B2C.

• Responsible for all finalize products of Inbound processes to 3 distribuition center, localized at Cajamar (SP), Recife (PE) and Itapoa (SC), around 800 containers per month. • Leadership of all transport process of the company, from Cajamar, Recife, Itapoa, Taubaté and Manaus to the clients (B2C and B2B), by air, cabotage, rail and road, more than 40 suppliers, more than 5.000 deliveries per month. • Management of delivery and reverse logistic from e-commerce and marketing department events. • Strong acting in the planning of colecting the DCs, since the division of the volumes per carrier and per modal, until the alignment of the colecting windows. • Coordination of all tracking deliveries, since the outbound of the DCs and factories until the arrival to clients, promoting support and information to customer service team. • Management and demanding topics with the carriers: performance of delivery/deadline (SLA), quality of delivery and cost, challenging the partners to have and operational exceeding. • Realization of monthly meeting of KPIs with the carriers, coordinating meetings and acompaning the evolution of the action plan. • Responsable to delivery product of big dimention (Chiller), demanding carefull and special negociation, apropriet vehicle, lashing certificate, (AET) special traffic autorization, scolt. Results: Direct acting in getting the containers from Santos Port Project, through rail, resulting in financial and strategic gaining. Implamentation of process with main customers reffering the discharge payments to the carriers, refusal reduction in 50%. Suggestion and implamentation of Building team from SCM area for 2 straight years Responsible for the trainning program to the transports suppliers. Responsible to garantee at least 98% of performance (OTD) for monthly closure deliveries (FTL and LTL) in which a lot of times 70% of the volume from the month concentrated in the last 5 days.

• Management of the biggest DC of LG in Brazil. DC of 35 mil m², average volum of 100 vehicles in and out per day, 80 mil m³ per month of movimentation, management of 3PL (Penske company). • Coordination of operacional routine activities such as receiving, storage, inventory, picking, expedition, invoice, reverse logistic, maintenance, safety rules and audits. • Interface with stock planning, active participating in the strategy to occupy DC, being proactive to search the best installed capacity of DC vs productivity increase and cost reduction. • Budget management of the DC. Results: Active contribuition on the start of operation success and for the fast DC stabilization. Operation became reference in service and process level as long as to LG and 3PL. Responsible for the trainning programs to 3PL and suppliers. Implemantation of the improvement project and process creation, to decrease stopped products quantity in storage for packaging damage, in 1 year results, significant loss from 10.000 to 500 products. Saving R$ 3m.

• Responsable for the management of the invoice branch of Natura at Itapecerica da Serra/SP, making the management of a direct team having 12 employees and budget management of the branch with approximately 10MM per year. • Bussines and operacional processes Coordinator • Strong acting in the returning management processes, from the delivery failure, verifying the deadline and condition of products. Preparing the products to go back to factory. • Management of outsourcing supplier, invoice issue (about 15 tho. per day), picking of natura’s magazines, indirect management of 40 employees. • Direct work with transport’s team, following the picking and expedition planning, trying to bring sinergy with the carrier operation. • Applying training, audits and meeting with the carriers. • Periodic draw the operation and identify oportunities of improvement promoting action of logistic development and boost processes that brings improvements in the services offered to clients. • Interaction with the others areas such as logistics, supplies and planning, looking to upgrade the level of service and optimization of the request cycling cost. • Periodic contact with the sales team, having in mind understanding the behavior and necessities of the market.

• Support to the operational team related to administrative question and operational questions. • Responsable for the processes of the separation label prints, such as making the planning of the separation per volume and determinig where the cargo would be directioned. • Documentation storage and organization of the sector.
