- Coordinate section activities, support the day-to-day activities of the CFT (Customer Focus Team) product engineering team . - Define, implement and maintain the manufacturing processes in the agreed efficiency and performance parameters - Provide competence resources for new Transfer Project - Plan and secure required resources, set the targets, controls the team and defines people development - Coordinate continuous improvement activities within section. Lead and take active part in Lean projects with the engineering team and other groups - Perform simulations / scenarios efficient use of production capacity. Advises Program Managers and Project Managers on improving efficiency and capacity utilization respectively diponibile. - Implement ECN / TCN that may occur in different areas of production (at coordination level). - Participate in factory information and technology sharing meetings

Coordinate manufacturing processes and engineering team for Telecommunication - Infrastructure segment - Designs the architecture of the production processes in the agreed time and budget parameters; - Develops, evaluates and improves production methods; - Communicates with the engineering support team in regards with the design and devices that ensure the efficient production method; - Estimates the production time, the needed workforce and the costs in order to provide the information to the managemenent to take the decision; - Deliberates with the management, the engineering support team and with the other groups upon production capabilities, efficiency and effectiveness and other criteria that supports the production processes; - Analyzes and makes data researches, elaborates proposals in regards with the products specifications in order to increase the product feasibility; - Deliberates with the entire engineering technical support team upon clarifying and solving problems, upon developing corrective and preventive actions in order to minimize these issues; - Evaluates inspection and test results in order to potentially improve the product processing; - Develops and updates the documentation regarding the production methodology and the engineering models related to the specific products; - Participates to the continuous improvement of the processes, the engineering models and the equipment use; - Implements various changes that may occure in different production areas (coordination level); - Tracks and reviews the consumable materials lists (coming out from the system) compared to the agreed engineering consumption.
