Develop and deploy T.E.M solution at Grupo Boticário.

Working at HSBC technology center located in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil for 9 years as a support analyst, I spent activities developing solutions for Call Center during the firsts three years, these solutions brought recognition to the department in a global level. After passing this period working at Call Center, I was elected to be a team leader with a mission of creating, supporting,managing and automating internal systems and process of HSBC's Telecommunication area, where, one of the products that was handled by this team, that has a goal of managing telecommunication expenses, achieved a good recognition and because of that, I was designated to participate of a special team that had a mission to reduce telecomunication costs, those phases lasted a total of three years and I became a specialist of TEM (Telecom Expense Management) solution. Because of the goods of this system I continued working with this segment until 2012, improving and enhancing the solution until achieve a huge featured in a global level, the reason that I was elected to be the Global TEM Engineer of HSBC.
