I’m an AV Technician with over 10 years of experience and a "show-first" mindset. I genuinely enjoy the fast-paced energy of live events and take a lot of pride in seeing a project come together perfectly. I specialize in being the bridge between the technical crew and the client—ensuring the planners feel comfortable while the crew stays on track.I’m often the primary on-site contact, and I’ve found that staying calm and keeping a positive attitude is just as important as knowing the gear.Technical Specialist:LED Specialist: Expert programming and configuration using NovaStar and Brompton processors. I handle the signal flow and screen mapping from scratch.Video Switching: Lead operator for Blackmagic ATEM, Roland, and Ross systems.Broadcast Replay: Specialist in EVS, 3Play, and Dyno (Experience includes Copa América, UFC, and VAR implementation).Technical Infrastructure: Practical knowledge of power distribution for the show floor and professional management of Zoom/Teams for corporate meetings.Leadership & Safety:I’m fully ticketed and take site safety seriously. • Setup and dismantle of events in a technically correct and efficient manner. • Assists with show delivery, set-up, operate and dismantle as required. • Ensures transportation of equipment is safe and secure. • Reviews orders for equipment, wiring, and accessories to avoid any shortages. • Ensures event equipment is in good working order, packaged properly and set to event requirements and/or Peak standards of quality and report any equipment malfunctions to Warehouse/ Equipment Manager. • Assists warehouse team by pulling equipment for shows, providing quality control, and returns equipment to inventory after shows on as needed basis. • Provides technical assistance to Account Executives/ Project Managers and Technicians when required. • Operates the equipment during the shows - audio/video/lighting, etc. On an as needed basis. • Competently multitasks and handles multiple project streams simultaneously. • Maintains a consistent level of activity and performance when placed in tense, high pressure situations. • Responsible for front line customer service.
