Responsible for conducting audits based on the standard ISO-13485. Perform corrective or preventive actions as the case according to the guidelines established by the company. - Responsible for the subject of quality production lines, and monitor individual and group behavior. Implementation of improvements according to the information provided by the SPC, to be able to implement improvement projects for achieving compliance with the proposed goals. - Realization of projects according to the possible improvement opportunities for the reduction of monthly complaints and defects of the plant. - Responsible for "coaching" to the new groups of training and ensure that the process of their learning curve and its efficient performance during the process.
