I began my career in the trenches of Goldman Sachs (Leveraged Finance & Credit Structuring) and Investec (Fund Finance), where I developed a credit‑first approach to risk, incentives, and capital durability. That same institutional discipline now drives BZH Capital Partners, the boutique investment and advisory firm I founded in New York. PRINCIPAL INVESTING Working alongside institutional investors and family offices, we have deployed hundreds of millions of dollars across early‑ and late‑stage companies. We prioritize structure and alignment over narrative, with portfolio exposure including xAI, SpaceX, Colossal, and Gravitics, among others. STRATEGIC VALUE & NETWORK For earlier‑stage companies, we do far more than bring capital. We plug founders into a powerful network of operators, strategic partners, and co‑investors to accelerate commercial traction. We also design creative capital solutions – including bespoke debt and structured capital – to match each company’s risk profile and growth plan. DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS ADVISORY We advise tech‑enabled companies and real‑asset operators (including digital infrastructure/data centers) on complex financings—specifically focusing on corporate and specialty finance structures where off‑the‑shelf banking solutions fail. My work is to “smell” the bad structures, spot misaligned incentives, and ask the hard questions that prevent permanent capital loss.
