Managing and updating the database in the company's internal system, coding documents according to the chart of accounts and facilitating timely payments, audits and financial reporting. Occasionally receiving and controlling physical evidence of services (deliveries, reports, certificates and photographs), ensuring documentary support. Analysis and validation of legal and fiscal documents of new suppliers, verifying their compliance with internal policies for their registration and future contracting. Reconciliation of supplier statements and sharing comments to the supplier, then sending their payment notification.

Purchase order and quotation creating. Ability to communicate with suppliers verbally or in writing to negotiate purchases. Review with production of inventories to check that stocks are up to date. Evaluating costs and lead times to select the best option. Preparation of analysis reports to support purchasing decisions. Coordination of the purchase order process and verification of on-time deliveries. Support with logistics, finance and warehouse areas to align purchasing processes.
