RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible to support Crestron products in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei and Philippines - Technical support for oversea dealers across South East Asia - Provide training in respective countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan - Programming support for SEA region include Middle East - Pre-sales for Crestron products for SEA - Technical support coordination with Crestron United State and Hong Kong. - Crestron programming trainer for CTI Essential and Advance - Crestron programmer for SEA projects. - Responsible to train new Crestron engineers in Malaysia and Vietnam EXPERIENCES GAINED: - Experience in technical support for oversea engineers in Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan and Dubai. - Travel within SEA to conduct Crestron programming training - Remotely programming support from Malaysia for SEA region.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible to support Crestron products in Malaysia - Involvement in technical support included project integration, technical and programming. - Crestron programmer for several projects in Malaysia - Trainer for Crestron programming CTI Essential - Perform first level repairing for Crestron products EXPERIENCES GAINED: - Working in tight schedule to complete a project - Coordination with Crestron Asia Hong Kong to provide technical support to Crestron’s system integrator in SEA - Experience in Crestron programming for AV integration and home automation - Capable to troubleshot system integration with third party product. - Sharpen in software skill such as, Microsoft Office - Designing Crestron integration with Microsoft Visio. - Experience in using technology software, skilled in use of AutoCAD - Learned graphic software experience, Photoshop
