Main Project Involved: Vision Scope Automation • Study and provide ideas for various dimensional measurement of products to improve the measurement reliability and reduce the measuring time to buyoff samples. • Work with vendor to design fixtures and jigs for mounting products for vision inspection. • Generate new automation programs of vision machine to measure and buyoff new products. • Buyoff new smart scope programs using Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Time studies with Q-DAS Solara. Other responsibilities: • Update daily Morning Market Board with CAPA and quality data. • Study and compile list of functional tests of plastic products. • Update and ensure relevant parties close their "Pending Disposition of Notifications" to meet compliance with Audits. • Conduct 5S and Quality Awareness Training to Quality Controllers (QC).
