As head of the factory my main mission is implementing the right working spirit into every single worker in order to lead a strong and robust team. Every head points in the same direction. My role is to plan, to organize and to timely deliver high-quality products with a team of forty workers over three production lines. This includes short and long term planning in order to guarantee high reliability and continuous access to the benefits of cutting-edge technology.
