Senior leadership role for overseeing and managing all aspects of events and partnerships within the APAC region dealing with HNW clientele. Strategic planning and execution skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships within key stakeholders and partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement event strategies, manage budgets, negotiate partnerships and sponsorships. Having a deep understanding of the APAC market, industry trends, and the ability to drive business growth through impactful events and strategic partnerships.

- Regional strategic planning for events to target auctions, oversee and execution of the events - Time manage for key event strategies such as Art Basel HK and Bi-annual auctions to maximize event outcome and client traffic - Pre/Post event analysis and suggest improvements on processes and share best practice as case studies to global counter parts - Lead strategic coordination for internal departments to liaise and build relationships with external vendors to ensure events are effected executed - Manage and build global relations with partnered international renowned museums around the world such as Louvre, Vatican, Versailles and National Palace Museum Taipei - Experienced towards external communication with multi level vendors such as media, International Pop-icons, International Michelin starred chefs, 5 star hotels and event agencies - Pre-event logistics, such as site check, contract negotiation, cost analysis, staging and F&B requirements - Global digital marketing strategist for UHNWI Programme at Sotheby's

Assisting in special events and preferred clients. Every special event created by our team creates new horizons to connect and help grow the relationships between the company and the clientele. Special events at Sotheby's play many roles, such as; promotion, exhibitions and networking. As the supporting role for special events I help maintain the budget and organization of various vendors we use for our events. My other duties also include administrative data analysis as well as brainstorming new ideas for upcoming special events. My other role includes the dedication towards our "preferred" members who are apart of our loyal programme that is of invitation only.
