- Participations’ ownership management in diverse segments (real estate, banking, international fund management, insurance companies and other financial institutions, and control (acquisition & merger processes of participations/subsidiaries, managing capital increase/decrease processes); - Data room preparation and coordination with external advisors or with supervisory authorities; - Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for management and the owners; - Revise, control and managing the subsidiaries’ BoD/SB operation and meetings; - Administration and delivery of the participations’ BoD/SB memberships delegated by the bank; - Close cooperation with other departments (compliance, controlling, finance, back-office); - Participation in the bank’s strategic interim projects: sale and purchase of participations, A&M processes;

- Periodical analysis of the costs, expenses and return of the bank; - Participation on yearly budgeting and planning, forecasting; - Calculation of costs and expenses of the real estate’s portfolio of the Bank; - Financial statement and balance completion and reconciliation with other departments; - Occasional and ad-hoc analysis on monthly operation, presentations for the management and for the owner;

- Management of the suppliers basis and conditions; - Preparation of suppliers’ contracts; - Analysis of DIY market trends; - Coordination of the purchasing departments workflow; - Analysis and development of the companies’ assortment; - Periodical analysis of the DIY stores sales; - Managing daily activities on price-comparison, turnover planning, stock accounts; - Set up management presentations on the results of sales and purchase activity to the owner;
