Teach after school classes including mindfulness, math, and technology-based classes to students in grades K-5.

The Madison Metropolitan School District is committed to ensuring that every school is a thriving school that prepares every student to graduate high school well-equipped for college, careers and their community.We serve over 27,000 students in 49 schools, including 32 elementary schools (grades K-5), 12 middle schools (grades 6-8), four comprehensive high schools and one alternative high school. We also have 4-year-old Kindergarten (4K), early childhood programs and alternative programs at the secondary level (grades 6-12).The District covers approximately 65 square miles including all or part of the cities of Madison and Fitchburg, the villages of Maple Bluff and Shorewood Hills, and the towns of Blooming Grove, Burke and Madison.

Resided in the SOS Children's Village, a home for orphans, in the teen girls dormitory. Student taught at the Herman Gmeiner School in a 2nd grade English classroom. Visited other schools throughout Windhoek and Namibia including the Windhoek international school, a school for special needs students, a school in the Katutura township where, during Apartheid, people had been forcibly relocated, and a school in Oshakati, in the more rural Northern part of the country.

Studied English literature and linguistics at St. Edmund Hall, with tutorials at St. Edmund Hall, St. John's, and St. Anne's colleges. Traveled to London, Cambridge, Stratford Upon Avon, Cornwall, the Lake District, the Welsh Black Hills, and Edinburgh and Inverness in Scotland. Rode horses through the Oxford team's riding school and hacked all over.

Graduated suma cum laude with a major in English Literature and a minor in Anthropology. Was involved in dorm leadership as Lathrop House's Secretary and class-wide as a part of the Senior Class Council. Studied at Oxford University's St. Edmund Hall during Junior Year Abroad. Rode with the Vassar Equestrian Team. Joined Phi Beta Kappa upon graduation.

Earned ESL licensure through the CTELL program's full-scholarship program. Became a Community Navigator in order to help community members learn about their rights with DACA and DAPA as well as pathways to citizenship. Currently working on Master's Degree in ESL/TESOL.

Completed MA degree in 1.5 years with a full scholarship. Worked as a TA teaching an introductory writing course for undergraduates.

Earned BS in Education in 2.5 years. Was involved in pre-service teaching during every semester with practica at Stephens, Shorewood, and Leopold Elementaries and student teaching at the University Preschool Lab-Bethany Site and Franklin Elementary as well as abroad, at the Hermann Gmeiner School in Windhoek, Namibia. Activities and Societies: Tutored with the Madison Literacy Network and volunteered with Three Gaits Therapeutic Riding Stables.
