* Direct follow-up with multiple channels (Toshiba, HP, Flextronics, Canon) * Handle and Monitor all placed orders and ensure Customer / Vendor Satisfaction * Cooperate with the related carriers, in order to maintain smooth and accurate deliveries * Follow-up customer’s requirement on daily basis * Develop detailed reports on costs, margins and prices * Request quotations and sustain a close follow-up * Manage team’s Scope Of Work, in order to comply with our vendor’s rules and regulations * Prepare Minutes at management meetings and ensure circulation to the attendees for Appropriate action and follow up * Point of contact for all inquiries both internally/externally, and respond accordingly

* ALCS an ITG Company (Allied Computer Services / www.alcs.com.lb ) * Handling the Maintenance & Networking Contracts * Managing Projects, assuring Customer’s satisfaction while coordinating a smooth implementation * Developing new businesses & following up with customers & vendors all the deals related to * the I.T.environment (Warranty, Back To Back HP maintenance, Care-packs, Data Center, Networking infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, Microsoft etc…)
