Eden Porras Harth

Eden Harth is a photographer who captures the authenticity of life in extraordinary and mundane moments alike. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in film/media and a minor in art history, which influenced his ability to compose images that look like dreamy, artistic movie stills. He is well versed in digital photography, but has a special affinity for the process of shooting on film and its sole outcome. He currently works as the main photographer for Jazz Is Dead, a record label and concert promoter, covering recording sessions and live performances. He also works as a videographer, creating engaging and captivating videos for the label's social media and website. Previously, he worked as a sales associate at Camera West, a certified Leica franchise store, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in handling and selling high-end cameras and equipment. His work has been recognized and published by several magazines, including Whalebone Magazine, which awarded him an honorable mention in the 2023 Photo Contest in the film category. Eden's goal is to pursue his passion for documentary photography and film, and to share his vision and perspective with the world.
