With 25 years of experience in the F&B industry, I have dedicated my career to restaurant development, operational excellence, and global expansion. My expertise spans strategic planning, feasibility studies, investment structuring, and brand scaling, particularly in the casual and fast-casual dining sectors. As the Founder & CEO of Swiss Butter, I have led the brand’s rapid expansion from a single location in Beirut to a thriving international success, proving that global scalability doesn’t require franchising. Swiss Butter’s signature Steak Frites Sauce (SFS) dining experience, and uncompromising focus on quality have fueled its popularity across markets including the Middle East, the UK, and Europe, with further expansion planned. Prior to Swiss Butter, I played a key role in pioneering restaurant back-office management services in Lebanon, which catalyzed the formation of I MANAGE, a company that supported, developed, and managed some of the most prominent F&B brands in the region. My background includes a BS in Biochemistry, along with certifications as a Certified Cost Controller, Lead Auditor (ISO – 22000), and Certified Supply Chain Professional. These credentials, combined with hands-on leadership, allow me to bridge operational strategy with long-term brand vision, ensuring that Swiss Butter delivers a consistent, high-quality dining experience in every market we enter.
