The Human Resources program provides students with a practical approach to human resources management and teaches the foundations that enables students to design human resources policies and programs that adhere to employment legislation. The objectives include attracting, retaining and developing a productive workforce; managing employee diversity; ensuring health and safety at the workplace; and advising on employee/labour relations.
