1) Work with Digital Department to prioritise projects 2) Manage CX Digital Transformation Projects including Integrated Operational Datahub for Operations Research and Resources Optimisation, Big Data Platform, Data Governance, Analytics Tools, etc. 3) Engage business units and IT to develop business cases for IT investment 4) Lead IT resources for project delivery and monitor and report project progress to senior management

1) Contribute for Lean Development and Implementation in CX and subsidiaries 2) Provide coaching and uplift people's Lean skills / soft skills through training and Lean project execution 3) Engage senior management to derive Lean objectives to support business strategies 4) Define Lean framework including Lean Governance Structure, Project Nomination & Assessment, Training Needs Analysis, Benefits Tracking, etc. for individual business to implement Lean programmes and uplift Lean maturity level in CX overall 5) Develop Lean in CX IT Department across different functions including Application Development, IT Operations, IT Service Centre, Infrastructure Delivery, PMO Office, etc.

1) Provide strategic consulting services for IT solutions in Enterprise Domain including: - HRMS - Learning and People Development - Benefit Services - B2E Mobile development for Staff Travel Application 2) Manage IT demands and projects pipeline 3) Manage external IT vendors for project development and delivery 4) Act as trust advisor to develop business case for IT project investment 5) Lead business requirements elicitation, business process improvement/re-engineering and root-cause analysis

1) Provide strategic consulting services for business units in Corporate & BackOffice domain including: - HRMS - Learning Management System - Benefit Services such as Staff Travel - Supply Chain Management 2) Manage IT demand and project pipeline 3) Lead business requirements elicitation, business process improvement/re-engineering and root-cause analysis

1) Provide end-to-end IT services for business departments under Corporate & Back-Office Operations domain 2) Conduct enhancement prioritization meeting with stakeholders on applications like eProcurement system (ERP), Flight Scheduling System, Invoice Reconciliation System, Environmental related initiatives such as EU Emission Trading Scheme, Green Flyer, etc. 3) Develop business cases to justify IT spends 4) Elicit high-level business requirements and estimate resources for IT projects and system enhancements. 5) Carry out process reengineering activities to improve productivity
