Responsible for daily production activities plant startup on process, development of standard operating procedures (SOP),pre startup safety review Responsible for health, safety and environment inside the company Responsible for incoming Raw materials quality inspection  Reviewing waste management system Reviewing Pre Requisite program in food safety Management system (FSMS) Responsible for Mock drill planning and Emergency preparedness Checking  and reviewing of safety valves which is  Pressure safety valve (PSV) and pressure relief valve ( PRV ) system in operation Ensuring the work permit systems as a standard safety measures Checking  fire and gas detection system and also firewater deluge system of the unit To inspect and verify the AFF foam trolley working condition Involved in HAZOP & Reviewing HIRA system Aspect/ Impact reviewing in environmental management system Responsible for Zero incident target DM plant, cooling tower, Instrument Air compressor system Checking and reviewing  the Heat exchangers,Reboilers, condenser, heat load feasible studies Keep focus on consumption reduction and also waste generation reduction Reviewing the kaizen (continuous process improvement) Involved in 5 S and TQM  Attended star kosher halal Audit Internal Auditor of ISO systems 14001:2015,18001:2007,45001:2018 Training to all shop floor members which is process, health & safety, environmental, Emergency preparedness,food safety management system, quality management system, Continuous process improvement, 5 S
