Led the commercialisation of a £5 million portfolio of educational services. Assessed the performance of the council against its commercial strategy, reporting directly into the Chief Executive and portfolio holding Councillor.

I work with key stakeholders across HMRC to establish the value of creating and using an evidence based approach to our future compliance activities, with a particular focus on knowledge sharing. I encourage our projects to build on current practice in developing and implementing evaluation and organisational learning mechanisms compiled from across the department.

Coordinated input from 22 international partners and the European Union into a $30 billion clean energy innovation initiative, Mission Innovation. Acted as the UK coordinator of an ERA-NET joint call to action between 9 international partners.
