Responsibilities include developing the delivery plan for the Raleigh/Durham IT market based on customer’s talent needs, the verticals they focus on and the skill sets they utilize to complete their top initiatives; which includes leveraging TEKsystems’ Alternative Delivery Programs. Ensuring our Account Managers and Recruiters are focused on our customer’s core skill sets while developing and executing the plan around how we educate customers as well as local IT professionals on local labor market dynamics. Increase our customer’s ability to attract and retain talent as well as improving their hiring and project success in an environment of an ever increasing drop in IT unemployment rate. Create and execute the plan to network with the top IT talent into our local network by delivering a message which aligns with their career goals.

Consult with clients and the top technical professionals in the Raleigh/Durham market by aligning an individual’s career goals with a company’s technical and cultural environment. Tasked with launching our Direct Placement practice in the Raleigh/Durham market. As a Search Consultant, I focus on building and maintaining relationships with organizations expanding their IT departments with permanent employees. I am also responsible for simultaneously remaining closely linked with the IT professional community and assisting them in their job search, creating and tailoring resumes, preparing for interviews, and negotiating salaries in the best interest of both parties.

Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, training and development of new recruiters in local office, and delivery of new hire orientation; which informs new recruiters of topics such as TEKsystems recruiting methodology and tools, company specific survey analysis, and local market and industry information.

Create and maintain personal and business relationships with hiring managers within IT organizations to understand their current and upcoming business indicatives to help with the attraction and retention of high quality employees in the local Raleigh/Durham market. Focus on understanding current and future trends in the IT industry to help build business acumen to ensure the highest quality of service in understanding client business goals. Aid in the qualification of various employment opportunities for my clients and help with the screening and qualification of various candidates to identify the best candidate for client review.

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential or current consultants by understanding their skills and career goals to help identify the best possible new employment opportunity. Focused on understanding the technical aspect of various IT positions through continual study and training to increase my ability to match up candidates with potential positions. Functioned as a liaison between Account Managers and clients to ensure that consultants were engaged with their current position and mitigated any concerns immediately.
