Ed Cvijan
Digital Project Manager @ University Hospital Southampton NHS FT
About
As a Digital Project Manager at University Hospital Southampton I have built a solid track record of delivering high-impact digital solutions that improve service efficiency, enhance patient care and staff experience, and support organisational transformation. I bring a diligent, problem solving, and person-centred approach to every project. My role has enabled me to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and guide projects from initial discovery through to delivery and optimisation. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technical teams and operational services—translating needs into well-defined requirements, championing user-centred design, and ensuring that digital initiatives genuinely add value. Prior to my work in healthcare, I spent several years in local government in leadership roles relating to customer experience, where I gained deep experience in operational leadership, service redesign, and customer-focused process improvement.
