Ed Adams graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Broadcast Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma. With over 25 years television and media experience, began his career in 1983 at KOKH-TV25 in Oklahoma City as an Account Executive then became General Sales Manager. In 1986 accepting a position as a National Sales Representative with Katz Communications in New York. Became Sales Manager for the Katz St. Louis office in 1991 and promoted to Vice President with included expanded territories in the Midwest. In 1996 co-founded Optimal Solutions Incorporated. Designed OSi-Traffic an enterprise level broadcast traffic system that launched in 1998. Acquired by the Harris Corporation in 2006 became Vice President and General Manager of North American Media for the Harris Corporation's Broadcast Communications Division.
