o2morrow As the Founder of O2morrow, I lead the strategic direction and international partnerships of a youth-driven social innovation platform. About O2morrow: O2morrow is dedicated to empowering communities through education, sustainability, and social inclusion. Our mission is to create opportunities for underrepresented groups, particularly children, and to foster collaboration across borders. We actively partner with organizations in Africa and beyond, expanding our network to implement impactful social projects. Our Focus Areas: Promoting equal access to education and skill-building programs. Driving sustainability initiatives that address environmental challenges. Strengthening cross-cultural collaborations between Turkey and African communities. Engaging young changemakers to develop innovative solutions for social challenges. I founded Feminine Passion to empower women, enhance their ability to manage their own lives, and improve their quality of life. This initiative supports women in realizing their personal and social potential by offering comprehensive content, guidance, and projects in the areas of women's health, mental resilience, and holistic well-being. Key pillars of our initiative: MindHer: Training and guidance programs that help women develop their mental resilience and emotional control. It covers stress management, mindfulness practices, and personal development content. HerCircle: Strong communities where women support each other and share their knowledge and experiences. It increases solidarity with networking and mentoring opportunities. HerImpact: Projects and initiatives that increase women's social and personal impact. It focuses on impact creation, social responsibility, and sustainable entrepreneurship. HerDecision: Guidance and resources that support conscious and powerful decision-making. It enables women to strategically manage their own lives and careers. Feminine Passion positions itself as a holistic initiative that empowers women to discover their potential, shape their lives by making healthy and conscious decisions, and maximize their social contributions.

I provided artificial intelligence and digital productivity training to enhance young people's digital awareness and adaptability skills for future careers. Reaching over 1,500 young people, I organized workshops on the ethical use of artificial intelligence, data awareness, generative AI tools, and innovation culture. I used experiential learning methods in the training processes to ensure participants' active discovery and production-oriented learning. I independently managed the entire process from training planning to reporting, creating impact-oriented learning outcomes. I guided young people's transformation with technology in projects that support social benefit and digital inclusion.
