* Act as Project Manager project for the establishment of the computer and communication network infrastructure for the new FAB28 factory in Kiryat Gat. * Strategize the technical guidance and protocols to be adhered to as it relates to the UTP code for the “clean room”, utilizing cable brand such as PANDUIT, SYSTEMAX and BELDEN, etc. * As Primary Project manager (PPM), work with the cross functional project managers to eliminate overlaps; ensure dependencies are understood and projects planned accordingly and risk mitigation plans are in place for the individual projects. * Manage the tasks allocations; establish strategy and road-map, milestone and overall delivery plan. * Designs and implement planning activities that ensure a successful operation including business forecasting, internal & external client communications, and adherence to and improvement upon various policies and procedures. * Work with local vendors and establishing a work model, contracts and RFQ’s when applicable.

* Operational manager for establishing TK GSM networks infrastructure for a new Cellular Operator in Uzbekistan. * Establish the technical guidance and work Plans for new GSM network ( from the Site acquisition, civil works until the integration of the telecom equipment Over 1,000 new GSM Base station & 500 Base station Swap ) * Establishing Budgets, project plans and deliverables, sponsors and stakeholders meeting and communications, and success measurements. * Hire and train internal and external resources. * Work with local vendors and establishing a work model, contracts and RFQ’s when applicable. * Manage the overall establishment of the cellular network including its satellite operations. * Establishing and operating preventive and Corrective Maintenance project over 5 regions (1,000 sites).
