Report to VP，0-1 build training academy, the leader of learning & development and retail training team in Greater China, serve both duty-free and duty-paid stores, the captain of a professional training team with more than 30 crews. 0-1 design and develop all Retail and L&D programs such like: M-learning, MT program, MSP program, retail talent development module and learning path designing based on organization development needs, Team leaders’ Mentorship, annual SMC, multi-brands training modules identify and design including all category in terms of Watch and Jewelry/ Luxury & Fashion/ Casual & Sports / Cosmetics, Etc.. I am familiar with training methodology of all retail category and hands on all curriculums designing and internal TTT programs in past 14years, well understand how to develop the retail team and form a professional training team within a large scope, aiming to support the sales growth for the organization.

Responsible for development, implementation and execution of all training strategies, programs and materials, functional and developmental, for corporate boutique and franchise operations as well as providing a supporting role in marketing event activities.
