Effective execution and reporting of export operations in accordance with company goals and strategies, ⁃ Ensuring the necessary communication and workflow with customs, transportation and foreign agencies, ⁃ Preparing the shipping plan to the distribution points and ensuring its management, ⁃ Organizing the trade between countries, preparing the necessary documents for the export of the products and carrying out the commercial transactions, ⁃ Creating the order by entering the customer's orders into the system, creating a proforma for the completed order and managing this entire organization, ⁃ Ensuring that collections are followed up regularly and on time, ⁃ Contribute to customer relationship management and sales activities, ⁃ Ensure the follow-up of orders in production, following the approval process of production samples, ⁃ Follow up and complete all operational processes related to export transactions.

⁃ Responsible for export sales activities, ⁃ Carry out the transportation organisations with the suppliers for the approved requests, ⁃ Prepare and manage all necessary operation documents and give instructions to custom brokers, ⁃ Communicate with customers in terms of order processing,order follow up,on time deliveries with high level of service rate, ⁃ Prepare and submit of periodic reports to the management
