- 5 months I was allocated as an external Recruiter for Continental R&D Iasi, doing onsite recruitment for different roles in the automotive field, conducting f2f interviews, drafting evaluation reports, daily follow up with hiring managers, participating in the hiring plan meetings and also at their career fairs.
