* My duties were monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. I support my patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services * shopping for food and other household requirements * preparing and serving meals and snacks * running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Helps patients care for themselves by teaching use of cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene. Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal * notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.

Greets patients and checks them in, confirming their insurance status, the ways in which they will pay, their medical histories, and any other relevant medical information. Manages the practice’s schedule, makes appointments for patients. I controlled the waiting room, attends to patient needs, and ensures the office runs on time. Distributes educational information to patients as instructed by the chiropractor and maintains organized files on all patients. Answers the phones and addresses all patient questions and concerns. Keeps the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day and thorough cleaning at the end of each business day.

As a banquet server I set up for events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up at the event's conclusion. Set up can include putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and putting up a buffet. A banquet server's duties during the event can vary based on the situation, but, in general, they must be able to focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds. Good communication is important, as is being able to follow directions efficiently and meeting the physical demands of the job. A positive attitude while on the job is also essential. Then we close down at the end of the event, which may include breaking down the table set up and taking tablecloths and linens to the laundry.
