• Led the drafting, review, and negotiation of 40+ construction contracts (SPK, subcontracts, vendors, and joint operations), ensuring balanced risk allocation and strong alignment with business objectives. • Strengthened key contractual clauses, contributing to a measurable reduction in claim exposure and contractual disputes. • Identified and mitigated 20+ legal risks and contractual gaps, minimizing potential disputes related to scope, timelines, and variation orders. • Provided strategic legal input in 30+ negotiations, helping prevent contractual breaches and protect the company from significant financial risks.

• Responsible for reviewing errors in 10+ legal case documents (both minor and major) daily, as well as translating documents from English into Indonesian. • Assisted Legal Associates in trial preparation and court proceedings, with exposure to handling 1–2 cases per day. • Managed law firm administrative tasks, including document filing, regularly checking incoming emails, and receiving official correspondence addressed to the office.
