Department Management Function • Being responsible for make the organization structure for admin department and make the job description for each position and confirm the number of job holder for each position. • Established all policy and procedure for Social CTPAT and Technical. • Continuous improve department policy and working procedure, make sure the working procedure is available for every work. • Monitoring the work progress of subordinate and point out the mistake. • Conduct the monthly performance appraisal to subordinate every month, and help subordinate to i Health and Safety Management • Working Injury • Safety training • Check the fire safety equipment every day, fire passenger, the sign for fire exit, door and workshop Security management • Security guard post setting and job description for each security guard post. • Security tools management • Security daily attendance management • Security guard patrolling and various record management • Regular communication with security guard service company Environment cleaning management • Job description for the cleaner of each area, cleaning method and cleaning quality standard setting • Setting the cleaning tools. • Training management and monitoring management Factory compliance audit management • Contact with customer or the third party of compliance auditing • Circuiting the factory compliance standard (SA8000 and C-TAPT) and do the monthly internal audit. • Receiving customer or the third party of factory compliance audit when they come to factory do the auditing. Human Resource Management: • Prepare policies to ensure all HR process are following standard • Coach to HR staff on how to recruit with systematic do not hire child labour or false document. • Verify to contract renew. • Performance evaluation • Other: Work with all department to comply with Local law and customer standard. • Communicate with government officer for concern and related work • Coaching to HR staff to upgrade their performance and improved HR task.
