As a Faculty Lecturer, my responsibilities included: Leadership and Management • Responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with the Organisation strategic plans and direction • Develop and sustain appropriate structures for management, consultation, decision-making and communication with lecturer and students • Promote and represent the Institution both internally and externally Lecturing • Ensure the best possible student experience through the fulfillment of the Institution´s responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission, instruction, progress and examination/assignments; refresh and develop new programme in order to attract new students and markets Knowledge Transfer • Create and exploit new opportunities for knowledge transfer activity in order to secure additional income streams and new areas of teaching and/or research • Contribute to University-wide initiatives in order to improve understanding and communication of this area People Management • Ensure that lecturer performance is managed appropriately and in a way that is consistent with the expectations of MSBM, and that fair workload allocation processes are in place • Ensure all lecturer have access to the necessary support to enable them to contribute fully and develop their skills and experience • Engender a culture of excellence, co-operation and respect both within and beyond the department • Make effective use of all lecturing resources and seek opportunities for collaboration and joint working with others beyond the department and beyond the Faculty • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for both lecturer and students, and full compliance with health and safety requirements As well as in charge of academic quality assurance and development of academic and research.

As a Program Director, I was responsible for researching, planning, developing and implementing the organization’s programs; a well as overseeing all aspects of the organizational initiative, including hiring staff, managing the budget, setting the scope of the program, setting deadlines and delegating tasks to team members. In addition, I Led large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints, create and nurture effective communication within the organization, built a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities, initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives, plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and milestones as well as developing and approving operations and budgets.

My role as a Project Manager entail defining project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities, defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party. It also involved outlining budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget, preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities. In addition, it involved managing delivery of the project according to plan, tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders, managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget, identifying and mitigating potential risks, managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, as well as ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. During my time, all projects were delivered in time and on budget.

I got involve in executing the steps required to identify the root cause and close development testing issues, understand and deliver system internal transmission, driveline and vehicle level packaging, and work with internal teams to assess and improve transmission and driveline performance. The role also involves the development and validation of powertrain calibrations for automatic transmission applications which warrant me too often to develop and maintain calibration Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R.), as well as assist in development of software and control system requirements In addition, I Led and supported the company’s existing model production / design problem solving cross-functional teams using the DMAIC process in transmission, axle, driveline component, and associated subsystems to achieve broadcasting, CPU, and customer satisfaction metrics. Also, I provided the organization statistical and problem-solving support including team’s progress, accomplishments, conclusions, and lessons learned.

In this role, my responsibilities cut across the followings: Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels, working with cross functional teams (Segment Marketing, Specialists, Customer Solutions and EDMS) developing comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities and meeting customers’ requirements, establishing partnerships with various touch-points for better market reach, responsible for the overall design, installation, testing and commissioning of the ICT infrastructure Work with the capital design team to ensure the delivery and potential is realized of a "real" Converged Data Network, and to ensure working closely with the capital design team, that there are no gaps or inconsistencies between the designs, costs and support requirements of the "behind the walls" and the "in front of the wall" elements of the infrastructures In addition, this role demanded I challenge and provoke debate on the concept, potential and implications of the digital / smart hospital while managing stakeholder expectations, be an advocate and a champion for the potential of a modern ICT infrastructure, including emerging technologies, co-ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that what gets delivered is capable of supporting the future technology needs of the organization as well as define an infrastructure delivery strategy including procurement and service provision and delivery.
