-Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities from advertisement, screening, shortlisting, scheduling of interviews, conducting the reference check, job offer and onboarding process. -Work closely with the hiring managers in ensure the closure of the recruitment activity. -To prepare headcount/attrition report, staff movement report & HOD report monthly. -To prepare and issue HR documents such as letter of appointment, confirmation letter, increments, extension of probation letter and non-confirmation letters. -Assist in preparing and issuing IR-related matters such as show cause letter, reminder letters, warning letters, termination and etc. -Responsible for the off-boarding process (Acceptance of Resignation Letter, exit interviews). -Participate in job fairs and University career fairs. -Conduct the staff verification through email or phone (BNM, Staff Verification Letter). -Support and guide the manager on staff matters, such as compliance with labor law and regulations. -To provide support to the juniors. -Ad-hoc task assigned by the superior and manager.
