• Serve as the primary Technical Support (PIC) for one of the company’s largest FMCG accounts, leading end-to-end technical coordination and ensuring smooth execution throughout commissioning, implementation, and transition phases of the printing process while maintaining operational continuity and customer requirements. • Monitor day-to-day progress and evaluate printing operations during commissioning and process transitions by assessing print performance, process stability, and production parameters were met while coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and minimize operational disruptions. • Coordinate with internal teams including Production, R&D, Quality for laboratory testing and print evaluations such as color matching, and other quality parameters to validate product performance ensuring color accuracy, print consistency, and product quality standards were achieved.

• Perform technical investigations on printing and application-related issues by analyzing process conditions, print performance, and material interactions, then providing corrective recommendations to optimize and product quality. • Prepare, adjust, and optimize solvent-based printing ink formulations for flexible packaging applications, ensuring color accuracy, print consistency, and product quality standards were achieved. • Contribute to product development and continuous improvement initiatives through benchmarking activities, formulation enhancements, sample preparation, and performance assessments. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Technical Service, Production, R&D, Quality, and Sales departments to support customer requirements and project implementation. • Manage and maintain technical documentation, customer visit reports, product development progress, and process-related records using SAP and internal systems. • Support print trials and customer application activities to evaluate ink performance and ensure successful product implementation in production environments.

• Evaluate print designs, troubleshoot defects under senior guidance, and support the continuous improvement of ink formulations. • Prepare and test solvent-based inks to ensure precise color matching and performance standards for packaging products. • Manage customer approval samples and maintain accurate development records and visit logs within internal systems.

- Assigned as a Process Engineer specializing in the Ammonia Unit with a team of two members. - Performed a comprehensive analysis titled "Catalyst Evaluation of Primary Reformer, Secondary Reformer, High Temperature Shift Converter, Low Temperature Shift Converter, and Methanation Reactor in Ammonia Unit of Plant 3 PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur." - Worked closely with senior process engineers, recommending the measurement of catalyst performance evaluation parameters to assess catalyst activity in relation to temperature variations within the vessel.

- Actively participated in the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) at National Chung Hsing University, primarily within the Department of Chemical Engineering, Process System Engineering (PSE) Lab. - Under the supervision of Prof. Vincentius Surya Kurnia Adi, B.S., M.S., Ph.D., engaged in a project focused on the "Aspen Plus Simulation: Natural Gas Liquefaction Process." - Utilized Aspen Plus software to simulate the natural gas liquefaction process, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the entire process, including compression, cooling, liquefaction, refrigerant cycles, methane separation, and associated heat transfer mechanisms.
