Co-building Howards, a platform helping real estate agents market more listings with high-quality property video that is faster, more scalable, and more cost-effective than traditional videography. As part of the founding team, I’m involved in shaping the business across strategy, growth, product development, and customer relationships. We are focused on solving a clear problem in the market: agents know video helps listings stand out, but traditional videography can be too expensive, slow, or difficult to use across every property. Howards is built to close that gap by making premium listing video more accessible and practical at scale, while still delivering a polished, professional result.

As Co-Founder, I partner directly with business owners to improve how their businesses operate. I break down existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build custom AI-powered systems that remove manual work and support sustainable growth. Everything we build is designed to be simple, reliable, and genuinely useful, giving business owners back time and control.

As a member of the Challenges Team, I help plan and deliver Entre’s flagship initiatives, including the Enterprise Challenge, a nine-week startup programme designed to guide students from idea to launch. My role involves organising mentors, coordinating programme logistics, and ensuring participants have the resources, support, and structure needed to develop their ventures. I also assist with other Entre events throughout the year that foster innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship within the UC community.

At LODG, I was part of a outbound sales team, responsible for connecting with qualified leads and converting them into users of our tax platform, designed specifically for sole traders and independent contractors. My role involved clearly communicating the value of the software, answering client questions, and guiding them through the onboarding process. To continuously improve performance and sales techniques, I also worked closely with a professional sales coach in weekly one-on-one sessions. This experience strengthened my communication skills, resilience, and ability to sell in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
