I designed and developed the platform end-to-end, combining HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type 2-ready infrastructure with Microsoft 365 business tools, VA Lighthouse identity verification, and real-time job and resource integrations. VetConnect provides veterans with AI resume tools, MOS-to-civilian skill translation, job matching, education and GI Bill resources, mental health support, entrepreneurship tools, mentorship networks — and much, much more. For employers, it delivers verified veteran talent pipelines, smart hiring tools, federal compliance reporting, and Microsoft Outlook + Teams integration.
