Handling costumer service and maintenance for blowing,sacmi machine Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, electrical , mechanical,Machine installation, machine start up and commisioning.

· Responsible for the maintenance and repair of building equipment and systems, including elevators, travelators, generators, electrical installations, HVAC, and air conditioning units. · Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the established schedule to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. · Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all building facilities and infrastructure to ensure safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. · Conduct regular inspections of the entire building to identify and address potential issues proactively. · Provide recommendations and technical input to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of building operations.

· Conduct training and supervision of employees to ensure safe operations during production activities and within mining areas. · Monitor compliance of the production department with operational policies, reduce operational costs, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. · Plan, manage, and execute departmental budgets in alignment with organizational objectives. · Oversee general mining operations to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and productively. · Coordinate and report issues related to heavy equipment units to the Plant/Maintenance Department for timely resolution. · Prepare comprehensive reports on safety briefings and equipment activities, including standby status, breakdowns, and service schedules for each shift. · Review and evaluate operational challenges in mining activities and discuss findings and recommendations with the PPA Head for improvement and decision-making.

· Assist and carry out tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations. · Responsible for maintaining production machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability. · Develop and implement machine maintenance schedules in accordance with operational requirements. · Create and maintain a database of machine usage history and maintenance records for effective monitoring and analysis. · Prepare and execute maintenance plans for production machinery to minimize downtime. · Coordinate and supervise mechanics in the execution of maintenance activities. · Report maintenance activities and outcomes to the Operations Manager in a timely manner. · Supervise and take responsibility for the performance and development of staff and technicians under supervision
