While working at SNL, one of the nation's highest regarded research and engineering labs comprised of scientists, engineers, and technicians, I helped maintain the nation's nuclear arsenal first as an electronics tech, then a field test engineer, and finally as a data acquisition and analysis scientist. I helped design, set up, and run data acquisition systems for sub-critical fissionable materials testing. I analyzed collected data using number crunching algorithms programmed in C++ and authored technical papers including a treatise on transducer theory and use.

Bigelow Aerospace, Las Vegas, NV. Aerospace research, development & testing. Designed and built pressure cycle testing system for Boeing's space capsule, Boeing's bid to replace the space shuttle. Wrote data analysis code in C++, testing & machine controls code with NI LabView and Opto22 PLC code and hardware. Utilized SolidWorks 3-D CAD, LabView. Supervised a team of engineers & technicians in testing inflatable space stations including life support systems, power systems, air quality, waste products emissions handling, pressure vessel containment, fuselage structures, water vapor to liquid recirculation, and temperature controls.

Over the past two decades I have worked on technical and commercial arts projects for Dream Entertainment, Johnny Stuart, Legends in Concert, Siegfried and Roy, the City of Las Vegas, Creative Industrial Fiberglass, Wayne Newton, David Copperfield, Caesars Entertainment, the MGM hotel, Valley Cheese and Wine, and many small businesses and discriminating private homes in the southwest. I have a great deal of experience in digital media and marketing, technical drawing and writing, am a highly skilled draftsman with digital tools as well as traditional studio tools, handle an airbrush like a master, and have managed teams of personnel on large projects. High tech aspects of my work include fiberglass and composites fabrication, circuit analysis and testing, data acquisition, controls systems, and project management. I have an odd set of experiences, but hey, its Vegas, baby!
