• In charge of Purchasing plans. • Ensure the purchasing of material and services for the company to fully meet the requirement of user departments and consistent with purchasing policies and procedures. • Ensure that purchase prices are most competitive/favorable and within budget. • Developing and sourcing local and oversea suppliers with the best price at the most possible competitive terms. • Monitor the progress of the purchasing activities of the whole department. • Manage price list and vendors list. • In charge of Vendor audit. • Cost and Benefit analysis to improve overall purchasing results. • Prepare Payment Schedule to Supplier every month. • Updating project cost is promptly implemented monthly for related departments to review and take suitable solutions. • Updating Cost of maintenance job to Maintenance team lets them recording cost for each job number. • Treating PRs & inquiries from other Departments. • Checking PR, PO, payment slip…, all documents for payment.

• Build external relations and implement business development projects within the client relations department. • Establish, maintain and develop relationships with different governmental departments and investors to facilitate the search and project implementation in the assigned area. • Collaborate with internal teams including project team, engineers, senior managers to address clients’ needs. • Resolve clients’ feedback and complaint in a timely manner and high efficiency

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Customers to make products available and delivered to the appropriate location, on time, in a sufficient quantity and quality to meet customer demand. • Work as a procurement specialist to liaise with finance, accounting teams, sales and logistics department to determine best vendors and distributors. • Provide consultation and take initiatives in selecting the right products in terms of price, quantity and quality to meet the business plan at each specific period. • Build, manage and maintain good relationship with suppliers to reduce costs, optimize processes, and increase customer satisfaction. • Initiate ideas and solutions for better process improvement

• Develop and implement educational projects in public schools in different provinces including Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria Vung Tau, and Tay Ninh. • Develop solutions for interactive teaching and learning equipment, tools, educational products and devices for outdoor activities and STEM in different governmental educational environment from kindergarten to high school levels. • Collaborate, inspect and supervise the construction subcontractors to ensure the quality and progress of work delivery within the agreed project timeline. • Collaborate with the engineering team of specialized equipment design to ensure the overall design of project exceeding the clients’ expectation. • Provide consultation and technical services to customers

• Manage and implement Digital Signate System at Acecook, Pullman resort and Ocean Bank. • Implement property management system by RFID at Vietnam German University, Binh Duong province. • Install and implement CCTV Outdoor system at Thermal Power Plant Vinh Tan. • Implement different toll station projects including Ha Noi-Hai Phong highway, Long Thanh Dau Giay highway, Tan Son Nhat parking lot, Highway 13 toll station. • Deploy projects and solutions related to camera systems, non-stop toll collection, one-stop toll collection and self-contained toll collection. • Support and troubleshoot the system by customers’ request. • Perform periodic system maintenance according to the agreed schedules with the manager.

• Deploy projects and solutions for telecommunication devices, barcode printer, barcode scanner, digital signate system. • Collaborate with team project to ensure the correct technical standards of document bidding invitation. • Support and resolve systems and devices when in need.
