• Classes of basic level Qigong and tai chi chuan which are based on breathing techniques(Aims people to have a balance between their mind and body). • Led and personally ran a Tai chi & Qi Gong for Overcoming Burnout Syndrome program for employees in heavy manufacturing and services sectors. • Gave lectures and practical courses about tai chi chuan practices

• Creating and developing of a comprehensive the training curriculum for particular trainings ; prepared supplementary materials. • Participated some parts of the “Burnout and Wellness” course for one of the top three financial institutions in Turkey as an instructor. • Carried out “Team Building and Effective Communication” practices for an international companies.

• Carried out the complete process of selection & replacement, searching the resumes of candidates in the internet database, inviting the candidates for an interview, making the interviews with candidates and completing the process of evaluating results.

• Taught drama and dance theatre classes to 40 children, in two age groups: (ages of 5-7 and 12-14).
