My main job at onsemi was to lead University Relations (UR) where I developed the strategy and implemented the new UR program. I was responsible for growing relationships, branding activities, and overall hiring initiatives at eleven strategic partner universities in North America. We achieved two consecutive years of exceeding global UR hiring targets (155% of target in 2024), exceeding gender diversity targets, and substantially raised the number of returning interns and intern-to-full time conversions. As a Leadership Recruiter I was responsible for hiring Head of Government Relations, Head of Public Relations, Head of North America HRBPs, Head of Total Rewards, Head of Learning and Development. When needed, I managed a team of corporate recruiters and the talent acquisition coordination team. Last, I wrote the quarterly memos that were used to update the CEO on global TA activities, and I wrote contributions for CHIPS Act applications. I was responsible for global recruitment marketing, managing recruiting campaign assets, and collaborating with corporate comms on recruiting related communications. I also managed relationships with external vendors including LinkedIn, Yello, and Glassdoor.

At Nike I started as a TA Manager. From World Headquarters in Oregon I was responsible for Global Sourcing & Manufacturing recruitment in Asia Pacific. I was promoted to Director after building the GSM TA team of four in Singapore and Vietnam. We opened the first Nike owned factory outside of the U.S, only one of three in the world at the time, and forged external vendor relationships to assist in manufacturing hiring efforts at this greenfield site. My role then shifted to a domestic focus where I built and led a team of twelve recruiters to support hiring for Global Sourcing & Manufacturing, Responsible Supply Chain, Sustainability, Procurement, and Demand & Supply Management. I also gained significant leadership recruiting experience by partnering with VPs to build their leadership teams, and hired several leaders at the Sr. Director level
